Some people believe that when building muscle, you should cut back on calorie intake. However, this is not true and you actually need to consume more calories. Also, many people tell you that you have to feel pain when lifting weights. Please do not listen to them. You do not have to lift large amounts of weight to accomplish muscle building. If there is pain, then that means you have injured yourself, there is a difference between pain and "the burn".
